Handwritten answers
Writing by hand and submitting it through OCR capture.
Written guides
Typing equations, scientific variables, and symbolic notation adds friction during timed testing. Integrated OCR lets you write responses by hand instead.
Capture your work. Work on paper, then upload a clear photo of it using the paper clip on the question. OCR reads your handwriting and it is graded like any other answer.
AI transcribes it. The system converts handwriting and notation into clean text, which feeds the rubric used to grade you.
Your original is kept. The uploaded photo stays alongside the transcription in the grader interface, so your instructor can check it against the text.
If you get locked out
OCR capture is not compatible with strict automated exam supervision. Because uploading photos forces your focus to leave the browser window, an exam with browser tab lockouts active may flag and repeatedly lock you out. Report it immediately rather than retrying.
